Curves

local franchise is owned by Lara Van Enoo, with her fiancé, Darin Simmons. With over 6,000 locations and two million members worldwide, the Curves program helps women perform strength training and cardiovascular exercise for health and weight loss. The program also includes nutritional guidance that helps people achieve permanent results without permanent dieting. The Curves program only takes 30 minutes, three times per week, and the results are amazing.

Curves in Buellton has been a fabulous success, with club losses nearing 7,000 pounds and inches since opening April 29, 2002. They are committed to providing a space that is fun, safe, fast, effective and affordable.

Curves is not like a typical gym. There is constant supervision and guidance. Anyone of any fitness level can get a great workout, and it is safe enough for someone with osteoporosis and/or arthritis because all the equipment is hydraulic. The system is easy to learn and clients get personal training on an ongoing basis. You come at your own convenience, start immediately, and are done with a complete workout 30 minutes later. Curves also has monthly games and promotions, daily trivia and word unscrambles and Wacky Wednesdays to help keep things fun and new, making it easier to develop the habit of exercise.

It is usually best to call and schedule a free appointment to see how the Curves program can help you achieve our goals. Curves makes it easy to keep your New Year's resolutions all year long.

Eric Watts, D.C. announces new Network Chiropractic office hours in Los Olivos

Eric Watts, D.C., Network Spinal Analysis chiropractor in Santa Barbara, has recently opened an office in the Valley, and is currently offering Thursday afternoon appointments.

What is Network Spinal Analysis? Network Chiropractic refers to a network of independent chiropractic offices utilizing Network Spinal Analysis, a profound sequence of spinal evaluations and adjusting techniques. This "systems" approach to the spine and nervous system has gained rapid popularity with people of all ages and backgrounds. Research documents that increased flexibility, increased inner awareness, and an improved quality of life are reported by clients in Network Chiropractic offices.

Why do it? You'll feel better. the relationship of the individual to his or her environment is dependent upon a clear and flexible nervous system. The individual who is clear of interference in his or her nervous system has a more effective connection between his or her emotional, physical and spiritual aspects. Chiropractic spinal adjustments remove interference to the nervous system's tension and function.
