Shelley H. Lane is a licensed acupuncturist and Doctor of Oriental Medicine; she has a bachelor's degree in psychology from UCSB, a degree in acupuncture from California Acupuncture College, and doctorate training from the California Acupuncture College. She also served with the Meridian Drug and Alcohol Recovery Program, the National Council on Alcoholism, and co-founded the Anapamu Holistic Health Clinic in Santa Barbara, before moving to Los Olivos in 1991. She has been a licensed acupuncturist since 1984. Oriental medicine encompasses a complete medical system that has diagnosed, treated and prevented illness for over 23 centuries. Dr. Jeffrey Davis
received residency training in General Psychiatry at Los Angeles County/University of Southern California Medical Center and the Neurobehavior Program at UCLA Medical Center. After a two-year fellowship, he became the Chief Psychiatric Consultant to UCLA's Combined Neurology-Neurosurgery Epilepsy Service.

After a nine year practice as Neurobehavioral Medical Director for Canyon Springs Hospital in Palm Springs,he accepted a position at Pacific Shores Hospital in Oxnard. After 14 months there he was recruited to St. Francis Medical Center as Medical Director of Senior Mental Health.

Since St. Francis Medical Center closed, Dr. Davis has maintained a growing outpatient private practice, consulting with patients suffering from the intellectual, behavioral and psychological problems associated with dementia, and also with their families, physicians, care facilities, agencies providing home care and attorneys.

At the invitation of Sandra Wilson, M.D. of Solvang, Dr. Davis offers consultation time in Solvang. He brings a neurologic perspective and extensive neurologic experience to psychiatry. His reputation includes a sensitive compassion, affability and thoughtful insight into everyday problems.
